Seating and pricing
For some of our shows, our auditorium will be split into different price bands with a range of prices based on where we feel the optimum experience will be. We believe there should be accessible priced tickets for all, so by booking early, you can secure the best price.
We love having the front of the auditorium full for every show. To ensure the best experience for our audiences and actors, some seats are not offered for sale until seats towards the front of the theatre are sold.
Disability access seats will always be set at the lowest price and carer/guardian tickets will remain free. The booking process for disability access seats will remain the same by contacting our Box Office on 03000 262 400.
Bookings can be made in person at the Box Office, by telephone, or through this website. Please note, tickets booked online or by telephone include a £2 transaction charge.
Group reservations
We can reserve group bookings of 10 or more. These reservations must be paid at least two months before the show. If you wish to make a group reservation, please contact our Box Office on 03000 262 400.
How to pay
We accept cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards.
Refunds and exchanges
You can exchange your tickets for another performance up to 48 hours before the show you have booked if you are no longer able to attend the performance or film and your booking is not greater than ten tickets for a fee of £1 per ticket. Unless an event is cancelled, all tickets are non-refundable.
For groups over ten people, tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Some concessions are available for selected shows for Senior Citizens over the age of 65, under 16s and full time students. Proof of eligibility may be required. Children and families

The ground floor of the venue is pushchair accessible, however please be aware that we are unable to store pushchairs if left unattended and they are not permitted to be taken inside the auditorium.
Group bookings
A group discount of one in 10 free is offered on most shows. Group discounts are available at the box office only.
