Empire Youth Theatre provides young people aged four to 11 with a wide range of opportunities to improve confidence, develop performance and creative skills, and make new friends.
Working in a supportive group led by brilliant theatre practitioners, participants will learn about the process of theatre making whilst having fun.
Autumn 2025 sessions
Weekly drama sessions will run on Saturday mornings from 27 September until 6 December (excluding week commencing 27 October for half-term).
There will also be performance opportunities, visits from theatre specialists and trips to see shows throughout the term.
Sessions will take place at Empire Consett.
Workshops are available in two age groups as follows:
4 to 7 years – Saturdays, 10.00am – 11.00am
8 to 11 years – Saturdays, 11.15am – 12.45pm
Sessions can be booked individually at £7.
